Meditation and movement in Finzean

An afternoon of Chi Gung (Qigong) will be held on Saturday, November 17, to raise funds for the Forget-Me-Not Club.

Chi Gung is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation

The local charity is well known for its dedicated support of people with dementia and their families in Deeside.

The beautiful and spacious venue for this event is the Birse and Feughside Church in Finzean.

The ladies of the congregation will provide a light lunch at 12 noon which is included in the price of the afternoon.

The donation is £25 per person although special concessions may apply. The afternoon will run from 12 noon to 4 pm with a break for refreshments. Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is required.

The afternoon will be led by Carole Milligan, a local registered instructor of T’ai Chi Ch’uan and Chi Gung.
