The fouth ‘Around the World in Music’ charity concert, organised by the Rotary Club of Westhill & District, takes place at Aberdeen Music Hall at 3pm on Sunday, March 4.

Everyone is welcome to go along and enjoy an afternoon journeying around the globe in song, including some very popular musicals, featuring over 200 young performers from seven local schools, children’s choirs, soloists, the Skene Singers and Westhill Rotary Male Voice Choir. There should be music to suit all tastes.

The main charities to benefit from the proceeds this year will be CHAS, End Polio Now, Macmillan Cancer Support, and other small Rotary charitable causes.

The club has raised around £20,000 for charities from the past three concerts and is hoping to increase the total to around £30,000, following this year’s event.

Tickets are still available from the Aberdeen Box Office, on (01224) 641122.
