A MULTITUDE of Glenbuchat folk - past and present - came together at Glenbuchat Hall to mark the opening of a photographic exhibition of glen life, entitled In the Buchat.
The main hall hosts contemporary images created by the community, with two smaller rooms containing donated archival images.

In the archive rooms, written contributions from the visitors of history, remembrances, and stories - in the form of post-it notes - have been encouraged and now fill the rooms, along with the photographs.

An un-edited showreel of all the contributed photographs can be viewed and there are audio recordings of oral history.

It is hoped the exhibition will not only appeal to local people but also to the wider community and visitors to the Lonach Games on Saturday (August 23). Contributions of stories, history and information are welcomed.

The exhibition will run until August 24, from 11am to 5pm daily.
