Luxury pads sold
Almost all the homes on a luxury Stewart Milne development in Bieldside have been snapped up by buyers.
Plans for the exclusive Earlspark development were revealed to the public on Saturday and eight of the nine properties, ranging in price from £750,000 to £1.2 million, were sold within a few days.
Construction began in November and is expected to be completed by the summer. The remaining £1.2 million mansion house is still up for grabs. The four-bedroom Kennedy-style home comes complete with detached triple garage and a separate two-bedroom apartment on its upper floor.
