Shona shoots to bronze

GLENKINDIE shooter Shona Marshall won two bronze medals at the Commonwealth Championships in Delhi, India.

Her first bronze came in the women's trap pairs event alongside Linda Pearson, while her second bronze was in the individual trap event.

Shona entered the final in fourth place with a score of 67, equal with England's 2008 Olympian Charlotte Kerwood. After the final she moved up to joint third and took the bronze medal in the shoot-off. Gold went to Northern Ireland and India took silver.
