The public access defibrilator (PAD) in Logie Coldstone was launched at the start of this month, and has been included in the Deeside PAD map.
The local band Jiggery Pokery performed for free at a Ceilidh to raise funds for the box to hold the PAD, which was donated by Tarland and Mid-Deeside First Responders.
Councillor Katrina Farquhar said: “We are delighted to have a PAD in Logie Coldstone and we would like to express our sincere thanks to Hamish Farquhar of Logie Coldstone, for allowing us to erect the box on his premises, and to Stewart Davidson, local electrician for providing their services free of charge.”
