The SNP is reporting a surge in the membership of its Deeside and Upper Donside branch.
Party officials have noted a 10% increase since the Commons walkout by SNP MPs on June 13.
They say the figure is consistent with the national rise which saw nearly 9,500 new members join up in just 96 hours.
Deeside and Upper Donside convener Stewart Paterson said: “This is the result of the growing awareness that only the SNP can be trusted to stand up for Scotland’s interests.
“The Labour and Lib Dem opposition are divided and ineffective.
“The SNP consistently stands up for our producers, our businesses and the protection of our environment”.
Mr Paterson added: “We are keen to meet our new members and look forward to welcoming all at forthcoming meetings and campaign events.
