Banchory Reds recently had their Player of the Year evening in Scott Skinners loft.
Mark Reynolds received the 2013/14 Player of the Year and Russell Anderson received an award for his services to Aberdeen F.C.
Kevin Tracy, chairman, welcomed them both, thanking them for coming out to meet the supporters club, and he and Marcus Shearer gave a short resume on each of their careers thus far.
Mark was presented with his award by Lynne Tracy and Russell received his award from Stuart Park.
They then spent the evening signing autographs and chatting to the large crowd of fans young and old that turned out to meet them.
They both said a few words at the event, thanking Baanchory Reds for the awards and telling of their hopes and thoughts on the future of Aberdeen F.C. which they agreed look very promising at the moment. During the evening they also assisted in the presentation of a cheque for £1100 to Donnas Angels, by John & Lorraine Gibson who sponsored the charity evening/fundraiser held earlier this year, which was accepted by Donna’s husband, Gordon Taylor.
